We ensure our membership clients have 365-day accessibility to a dedicated staff member that is always available to answer their call. In the case that our Remote Support Team is unable to resolve an issue using standard remote troubleshooting tools, a Support Technician may be scheduled to make either programming changes or an on-site service call.*Our standard business hours for scheduling a Support Technician are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Scheduling is based on first availability. We reserve bandwidth for our top tier Membership Clients to provide front-of-line service and scheduling outside of normal business hours.
Technology Design Associates has invested in the latest monitoring equipment to ensure that your system is always running smoothly and resolve potential problems before they happen. Included with specified membership plans, this service alerts our Remote Monitoring Team in real time when an issue arises and spares our clients the inconvenience of trying to track down the source of the problem. Monitoring tools check for network connectivity issues, problems with your internet service provider, and the health and status of your system and connected devices. This is our way of taking a proactive approach to protect your investment, maximize uptime, and ensure the fastest possible resolution of issues without having to send an Advanced Support Technician on-site.

Additionally, whether you require standard business hours support, onsite support, direct access to our support team, or proactive remote systems monitoring and management, we have designed customized memberships you can select from to guarantee a lifetime support from our qualified team of experts.
*Third Party Products. If You use Cloud Services in conjunction with Third Party Products, You are responsible for complying with the third-party providers’ terms and conditions and privacy policies, and all such use is at Your risk. Technology Design Associates is not responsible for system monitoring and remote service, when global or regional cloud services are down.
*Membership Term Agreement: All memberships are subject to a minimum 3 month commitment and shall continue on a month to month basis after the initial 90 days.
