Our TDA Support App empowers our clients to fix small problems on their own schedule without needing to know system complexities. For our experienced clients who wish for the autonomy to reboot their systems troubled audio, visual, networking, surveillance, and other equipment without having to contact our support team, this service was intended specifically for you.

ANNUAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE REVIEW
For our Standard and Premier Members we provide audits and maintenance assessments for your homes system and equipment through an annual on-site check up to proactively resolve issues and ensure a reliable system.

365 DAY MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT & PRIORITY SCHEDULING

We ensure our membership clients have 365-day accessibility to a dedicated staff member that is always available to answer their call. In the case that our Remote Support Team is unable to resolve an issue using standard remote troubleshooting tools, a Support Technician may be scheduled to make either programming changes or an on-site service call.

*Our standard business hours for scheduling a Support Technician are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Scheduling is based on first availability. We reserve bandwidth for our top tier Membership Clients to provide front-of-line service and scheduling outside of normal business hours.

Annual System Updates
Protect the integrity and overall security of your homes system by ensuring that your system is always up to date with the latest software updates. We offer membership services to take the responsibility and worry off our clients’ hands by having our dedicated support team manage our clients’ annual updates automatically so that you can rest assured that the performance, stability, and efficiency of your system is always up to date and void of potential security flaws. Our annual home automation “tune-up” is a critical component to protecting your smart home investment and maintaining your system’s overall performance and lifespan.

Preventative System Monitoring

Technology Design Associates has invested in the latest monitoring equipment to ensure that your system is always running smoothly and resolve potential problems before they happen. Included with specified membership plans, this service alerts our Remote Monitoring Team in real time when an issue arises and spares our clients the inconvenience of trying to track down the source of the problem. Monitoring tools check for network connectivity issues, problems with your internet service provider, and the health and status of your system and connected devices. This is our way of taking a proactive approach to protect your investment, maximize uptime, and ensure the fastest possible resolution of issues without having to send an Advanced Support Technician on-site.

QUARTERLY ON-SITE HEALTH CHECKS
For all our second homeowners we understand the feeling of wanting everything to be just right upon your arrival “home”. Therefore, for Standard Plus and Premier Plus Clients we offer Quarterly On-Site Health Checks to maintain the health and functionality of your home so that you can feel confident that everything is operating accordingly and the way it was intended to from the moment you walk in the door.

PHONE AND CABLE AUTHORIZATION MAINTENANCE
Don’t want to deal with your internet or cable provider? We understand that, ehich is why we offer services for our Premier and Premier Plus Clients to work with your phone and cable company in making sure everything is operating at maximum capacity so you don’t have to.

NOT A MEMBER? NOT A PROBLEM
Scheduling is available during standard business hours, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. If there are components of your system that can be supported remotely, a technician may attempt to resolve an issue without having to schedule an on-site service visit. All services are billed in one-hour minimum increments. Scheduling for on-site service and basic remote support is done on a first-come-first-served basis and is based on availability.

To maintain a positive and rewarding experience for all our clients, Technology Design Associates offers a Standard, Premier, and Concierge Membership to ensure that all of our client’s expectations are met long after an installation is complete.

As the leader in designing smart systems for residential and commercial projects, we offer an industry best-in-class warranty on every system we install. All of our clients receive a 6mo. no questions asked warranty on installation and TDA provided components. Additionally, whether you require standard business hours support, onsite support, direct access to our support team, or proactive remote systems monitoring and management, we have designed customized memberships you can select from to guarantee a lifetime support from our qualified team of experts.

*Third Party Products. If You use Cloud Services in conjunction with Third Party Products, You are responsible for complying with the third-party providers’ terms and conditions and privacy policies, and all such use is at Your risk. Technology Design Associates is not responsible for system monitoring and remote service, when global or regional cloud services are down.

*Membership Term Agreement: All memberships are subject to a minimum 3 month commitment and shall continue on a month to month basis after the initial 90 days.
